Delete immediately in the app
- Sign in to the Word Alive Global Network app.
- Open Profile, then select Delete account.
- Review the permanent-deletion warning and tap Delete permanently.
Your account and identifiable records are removed immediately after the request succeeds. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the same email address used for your Word Alive account. Include your account email and, if helpful, your name. We may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership.
Never send your password, verification code, assignment documents or payment information.
Verified email requests are completed within 30 days. We will confirm when processing is complete.
Delete specific data and keep your account
You may ask us to delete selected information without deleting your Word Alive account. Email us from the address connected to your account and identify the records you want removed, such as a profile photo, support request, live-chat message, assignment file or other profile information.
- Use the button below to open a data-deletion request.
- Enter your Word Alive account email and describe the specific data you want deleted.
- Send the request from your account email so we can verify ownership.
Verified requests are completed within 30 days. Your account remains active. Anonymized aggregate analytics and essential security records may remain where they no longer identify you or are needed to protect the service.
What will be permanently deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account and Word Alive profile.
- Training registrations, course progress, submissions, assignment files, grades, feedback and certificates.
- Profile photos, certificate files, support tickets and live-chat messages.
- Your identifiers in likes and notification read markers.
- On the device where in-app deletion is performed: cached session information, birthday cache and downloaded offline audio.
Anonymized aggregate analytics and essential security logs may remain where they no longer identify your account or are needed to protect the service.
